Chipotle Mexican Grill - Vallejo

I consistently order the same meal through the app, and each time there’s an issue. I request extra beans, extra rice, and double meat, but I receive bowls that are barely half full. Whenever I attempt to speak with the staff to resolve the issue, they have really poor attitudes. If I weren't paying for the extras, I wouldn’t be so frustrated. However, the fact that I go out of my way to pay for those additional portions and still don’t receive them is what truly bothers me.

They prioritize online orders over in-store customers, which feels quite disrespectful. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told I couldn't order the food right in front of me. Instead, I was encouraged to whip out my phone and place an online order. It really doesn’t make sense to disregard the customers who are physically present.

I just wrapped up a bike ride and was in need of some lunch. I was pleased to find a Chipotle nearby. I ordered a chicken burrito with kidney beans, sour cream, lettuce, and salsa, and it was delicious. I deducted one star because it was quite hot inside, likely due to ongoing construction in the building, which had no ceiling or insulation. I’m glad they are still open during this work, though!

So I ordered food on door dash, my food had a horrible taste it was such a bad taste, salty rice and chicken was burn, so I decided to go straight to the restaurant to replace the food but the white skinny lady working on the cashier machine, was sorude. So I ask for the manager but they never came out. How bad can this restaurant be.

3er time I got my order wrong but this time my order was missing items and when I ask to talk to manager the cashier said his to busy and he can't come to talk to you. I will not recommend this place at all, they don't care about customers orders. Justlook how dirty is this place.
