The place has a very pleasant, central and comfortable atmosphere. the service has been excellent and we have been treated phenomenally. the very innovative and tasty food. the zamburiñas, the sams of alitas and the saumai of lobsters were delicious. the second that we ordered the melosous rice of manitas, was very good but could improve, would have had more drop the practical and the pesto pistacho and that the rice was less broth and more meloso. We also ask for the Iberian secret, which was brutal. definitely a place to repeat!

Restaurant located in the center of valladolid , a fairly spacious place with a simple decoration. The restaurant menu is not very large but is quite varied, they have dishes from several countries of the world, asia, spider and mexico basically. also have several burgers and children's menu. We went to dinner and asked for all this. To share-Tartar of red tuna with marinated yolk and Wakame alga salad. marinated tuna taquitos with an algae salad and a yema sauce in the background. it was good with the sauce.-Sam of smeared alites to the pan with hoisin sauce, mint, basil and cilantro. pretty good this dish, good brazid flavor of the wings and well marinated.-Arroz of carabineros in wood oven. clay cazuelita with a creamy rice with quite flavor of carabineros , some alioli points quite soft, above carries a carpaccio of carabinero.
