I'd like to recommend that you consider lowering the volume of your music (noice) during the lunch hour in general...if you checkout the number of business people that come now to W you'll get more lunch business if we could hear ourselves...thnaks for your kind consideration

My family dined at Wokano on New Year's Eve. The service and food were excellent. Wokano has been the only place we've dine at where the service and food do not suffer from the busy holidays. It is consistently very, very good.

Food was good but not great. I probably should have gotten sushi but instead ordered the chicken and broccoli. Would go again but order something different. It was a lot of food so that’s nice.

The only problem is that the restaurant would not accept my open table rewards certificate even though I had booked the meal using it. Please note I also did not receive any rewards points. Very disappointing. Server and manager did their best to make amends but did not credit it to the bill.

The waitress was overhelmed with tables. Our soup salad and entree came out all together as it was forgotten. Food was not very hot, empty soy sauce container on table. Upon speaking to the manager he seemed not to care much, I handed him the soy sauce bottle to get us a new one. He never came to our table after that to check on us or to see how everything was. He was more concerned about standing at the bar chatting with his employees and customers drinking. He had an attitude and so did the server after I expected the minimum of what the experience should have been. He told the server to let me know he had taken the 1 soup and salad off. I would have been a happier customer had he just come over and asked how everything was and acted like a restaurant manager . I unfortunately can't remember his name. A heavy set guy who needs some more training in customer service and helping his servers. It's really to bad because my daughters and I looked forward to having dinner there. Will take our business to the other Wockano, even for the drive.
