Oragu Lasagna - Valencia

Coming from an Italian background indicates that I am picky about Italian cuisine. I had the vegetarian lasagna at Oragu and it was the best I have ever tasted!!! The bechamel sauce was very light with a hint of nutmeg, the pasta was homemade and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. A perfect harmony of flavours and textures that were extremely satisfying. Can't wait to go back and try more flavours.

It's a Lasagna Bar!!!! It was so freaking tasty, like how are there not more of these in the place. Really amazing value and so filling.

Really good lasagne. I've tried 3 diferent types now and all of them are very tasty. The eggplant one is particularly good!

Este es un nuevo lugar para un grupo de napoletanos que se ha especializado en lasaña. Tomamos una parte para llevar y probar, y la verdad es que era muy bueno. la pena es que ya habían terminado la bolognesa lasaña y los hongos que fueron las primeras muestras de opciones, pero optamos por el pesto y fue muy rico. Mientras esperamos nos ponen un aperitivo, con pasta de lasaña fresca y con paprika, delicioso. Parece chiacchere, típico carnaval italiano dulce, pero salado. repetiremos seguro. mucha suerte.
