La Mas Bonita Salvatierra - Valencia

The place is great for breakfast. It has its on spirit and feeling. The place wasn't so full so we don't know what is going on in there rush hours. the workers do not speek English but are very helpful.

Client service exceptionally offhand. I have visited Valencia many many times and know both other sites that belong to La Mas Bonita. I went for a coffee with my wife because we liked the other two sites. The layout is super, the cakes/coffee very tasty. What was bad was the appalling indifference and rudeness to customers shown by the senior team member/manager. Exactly the same experience is reported in the Spanish review: Buscare otro sitio. The manager stood in front of me at the till (where you have to order) for a full two minutes without acknowledging me but tapping the display. When I said Hola I was blanked. When I subsequently said in Spanish that she could at least say hello, she just looked up and shrugged her shoulders. When I said it was bad for business to ignore customers, she said she was busy and walked off. I think she is in the wrong job. A few minutes later, when I showed her the Trip Advisor review Buscare otro sitio, she pretended that she had not understood then walked off. No apology, nothing. Hence this review.

We stayed just a few doors along from here during our trip to Valencia, and made several stops here to start the day off! Their pastries are delicious and incredibly reasonably priced, and the coffee is great too. Would highly recommend, can’t understand why this place doesn’t have more positive reviews.

Proper and rich breakfast. they have gluten-free plan (to highlight because sometimes we do not find it.) the spectacular liquors, the very rich oat cookies. correct toast and great amount. We'd repeat safe.
