For me one of the essentials in Valencia, if not number 1. Excellent. It is definitely worth trying Rakel's cooking. The place and atmosphere wonderful. An absolute 10!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was a lovely experience, the service was ABSOLUTELY on point. It was really exciting not knowing what was coming next. We had the red menu with 9 dishes/person. The presentation of the dishes was fun and we loved discovering the dish and the origin of ingredients through the little cards. We were seated in the kitchen area which I believe are the best seats. The atmosphere is lovely and the chef Raquel took her time to explain each dish and make sure we were content. Dishes were complexe, creative and surprised us in the best way possible. During the reservation we got asked what food we do not eat and they respected it very well. My only negative feedback is the size of the dishes for some of the dishes.

Surprising menu and experience with intense and traveling flavors. The wine that Rakel recommended to us was a success. We took the blue menu, the longest, a clear sample of all his cuisine. Very neat location, right in the center of Valencia. We chose one of 3 tables in the kitchen and the experience was superb. Innovative cuisine, very particular tastes but always balanced and pleasant. The Chef, fantastic in the kitchen, comes to the table for almost every course and is always a show.
