Jamón Jamón - Valencia

Excellent location, within the downtown but away from the immediate hustle and bustle. The ambiance is wonderful. The second floor is great for a date or a quieter dinner with friends/family. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 4 people. Reservations are recommended. I witnessed diners being turned away due to being filled for the night. The service is attentive and great. We always had what we needed before we had to ask. The wine selection is sufficient, but I did notice most of the wines were mass market. Not a complaint because they were delicious and affordable. There were some local Options as well. The food was all expertly prepared in terms of temperature and level of doneness. The one drawback was that some of the dishes (octopus, bravas, pork cheek) were slightly under-seasoned. A bit of salt and thoughtfulness to the spice rack would bring this from a 4 to a 5 for me.

Not bad, but nothing out of the ordinary. If you want a really good steak, go there. Everything else you can find better and cheaper at other places in valencia

Fuimos a probar, sin ninguna referencia, y nos dieron una mesa sin haber reservado ni nada. La atención parecía muy correcta. la comida está bien y tiene algunos toques tradicionales pero dorados, sello del restaurante. Me encantó el tiramisú naranja que probamos postre.

Servicio excepcional, buenísima calidad de la comida y un ambiente estupendo y tranquilo. Hemos estado por trabajo y hemos repetido dado el grado de satisfacción que teníamos todos. Recomendable la sepia y las carrilleras.

El menú tapas y el menú degustación están ricos. Buen trato. Vino un poco caro respecto a su calidad, pero volvería sin duda.
