An explosion of flavors in the mouth, an intimate room, a perfect service, an excellent time spent in this restaurant!!!

A little special experience... I ordered a gift worth several hundred euros for a couple of vegetarian friends, before their roadtrip end of November (without a back date). Wishing to make sure that the restaurant offered this type of menu (before a few days in advance) before that date, I went there to validate all this on site. For now, no worries... My friends call a few days later to book their meal and there, surprise, they are told that the kitchen teams do not allow the preparation of a menu that was eaten before the beginning of December, but also that they will not be able to be refunded (except the CGV on their website), neither they nor people who have not ordered. At the limit of respect with the person they have on the phone, they are told that it is not possible to do otherwise and that they only have to fix themselves. Informed of what is happening, I therefore make a call to the restaurant and exchange with someone who explains to me that the property is valid for one year (and that it leaves them time to come at another time), that the kitchen teams do not allow them to welcome them (which I understood well was warned a few days before it is possible to book in November only 2-3 days before). In short, the person tries to persuade me to keep this voucher, but eventually he hears well and accepts a refund request that I should make by mail. What I have difficulty understanding is the lack of coherence in the speeches with each of the actors in the restaurant that he was brought to meet. This experience completely braked my friends to come to discover this restaurant and the same thing for me. I can come and meet them in addition to what I've already spoken on the phone with the person I've had and with this experience settled under better auspices. Hence my grade of 2/5 that can be brought to change.

Because of the health crisis, we have been busy. Excellent food and lots of flavors. I recommend!

Nice culinary experience. At the dela de la cuisine special mention for the room with a hotel master in small care for its guests with a good dose of humor, so far from the slender but rather classy and slender atmosphere. I trusted him for the choice of my bottles of wine so that he would agree to the maximum with the menu and I confess that I was surprised by the quality of this one given the price on the final note. I don't often leave any opinion but I wanted to emphasize this. Thank you.
