China House Restaurant - Valemount

Thought we would drop in for a bite the service was alright they tried since the buffet was constantly depleted with food and when it was out it be gone in no time price was fair but won't go back

I like this restaurant because I can order as dish to meet my needs, others can have the buffet, and other can eat Canadian food.

We found this local restaurant with great Chinese Food. I have not found this dish in Texas nor in Colorado. Ginger Beef was the best Chinese dish I have eaten at a Chinese place!! The other items were equally tasty. The restaurant is attached and adjacent to the liquor store so it is not easily seen. You literally have to park in front and walk in.

I found this restaurant the best place to eat in Valemount. Prices were not bad, and the place had a great selection of Chinese food, and even a western menu.

Recommend by the hotel clerk. It was the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. .....and I'm old. The chow mien was tasteless with cold veggies. The pork dumplings were revolting - deep fried not steamed. The lemon chicken was anemic. We couldn't eat it. We paid and got a couple of donairs on our way back to the hotel.
