Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

They had a long drive thru line when I arrived, but it ran very fast. service was great and my order was fresh and correct. the only negative part of it would be the terraki wing with the same sauce ordered and I got another dressing for dip.

Ordered online was said in about 10-15 as normal. I have the restaurant, the doors were both closed. tries to call twice, no answer 2 times that they hang up after asking if they can open the doors for me. he made it from someone who leaves the restaurant. wait 30 minutes. reason for the doors is locked, they are short stuffed and try to get people, online meal times in the drive through.

I have never got my toast with my chicken finger plate and should also get double fries. this Zaxby’s by far is the worst in valdosta, ga. I waited almost thirty minutes to get my meal without anything that should be included. the hired were sweet, but please do it better.

Okay it doesn't like to live in the negative hope that this is a learning opportunity for zaxby. a terrible service here. they always drive around the building. in service not much better. during our last visit, the crew has mixed our order and given to another customer who has led us to wait even longer. due to rising prices, these places are no longer a budget value, so if they are comparable in price to sit restaurants they will increase their service delivery game. at least in my world.

While traveling I stopped at the Lake Park location and due to staff shortage they had closed at 5:00 pm. Went north to Valdosta and stopped at this location.. Traffic was piled up all the way around. Food was great.. Needed someone to direct traffic though.. After getting food you still could not leave because of traffic jam...
