Burrito was decent, but not good. Again, charged to put meat on the burrito! What is with this town? Green chili sauce at chip bar watery and twiggy. It seems unreal to me that Valdosta restaurants are charging 10 for a tiny bit of beans and rice before any meat is added. Almost 13 for a steak burrito. What the F ? Apparently, the restaurants don't care if you buy another burrito from them. Their reply was that you can get other meats at no additional cost, but they do not tell you that while you are building the burrito. You only figure out they charge for meat after the burrito is built and it's time to pay. At that time, I was told the base burrito is VEGETARIAN WITHOUT MEAT and all meat is extra. AND they DID CHARGE for GUAC so I didn't get it. What a bunch of thieves. Do you even know how to tell the truth?

The ground beef is so gross. My burrito in general was really bad. I didn't even eat half of it.It doesn't even taste or feel like beef. Chipotle is so much better. A bunch of college kids were staring at my husband and I like get out we own the place . Definitely won't be back. Didn't feel welcome and the food was awful.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is excellent. I'm a huge fan of the loaded steak queen! The restaurant has a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. They also offer a wide variety of salsas to enjoy with the tortilla chips that accompany your meal.

The food was good. I had a chicken dish. it was fresh and good. it was my friends for the first time and they enjoyed it too. the service was good.

I don’t usually rate fast food restaurants, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this one! We placed an online pick-up order, and unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that they were missing some of the burritos we had requested. I called to see if I could get a refund for the difference, but they went above and beyond by offering to refund the entire meal! This kind of customer service truly brings people back. The manager was prompt and exceptionally helpful. Thank you so much! The burritos we did receive were still delicious, and we’ll definitely be returning.
