The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and could benefit from more guidance. I also hope McDonald's allocates the necessary hours and personnel to ensure everything runs smoothly, particularly since the drive-thru is such a priority. I'm looking forward to seeing some positive changes!
The service here is extremely slow and the staff is quite rude. I suggest choosing any other restaurant instead. Whondy's is a nice option!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, particularly with the drive-thru attendant, who was quite rude. I simply wanted to order a McDouble and a McChicken, but she insisted there was nothing available except sandwiches, fries, and drinks. It was confusing since I had just ordered two sandwiches. Then she accused me of being rude and said I was "moving around." This level of service feels very unprofessional. I hope they can improve it.
Spent $25 in food. Didn’t ask for large fries, but that’s what we got along with the upcharge. Ordered a hot fudge sundae that wasn’t full, but it wasn’t as upsetting as the Oreo McFlurry. The cup wasn’t even half full as you can see in the picture on the McFlurry. What a rip off.
Went through the drive thru around 2 pm yesterday, fries were fresh which is amazing but no salt on them, our food big mac, 10 piece tender and a chicken sandwich was all burnt the cheese was not even melted on the food, the nuggets i could tell were old,way past the ttc they should've been thrown away at. Severely disappointed they need to do better!
