Little Caesars Pizza - Valdosta

I placed an order online but it didn't show up in the system when I arrived at the restaurant. The young man working at the register was very helpful and accommodating, apologizing for the inconvenience. He re-entered my order, and even offered me a brownie and bread while I waited. I realized that I may have made a mistake with my online order, as there was no charge on my card. I asked him to re-ring up my order, and paid at the location. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and willingness of the employee to rectify the situation. This level of service is rare and genuine, and because of this experience, I will definitely be returning in the future. Special thanks to the cashier at the register on 6/17/22 at 8:15pm. He truly went above and beyond, and I felt compelled to share this positive experience.

True angels sent from God! These lovely people not only made me a 'Hot-N-Ready' pizza, but when I couldn't find enough money to purchase it, the gentleman gave me the whole pizza for free! Budget pizza, good to feed your family on cheap. I recommend the online ordering and pickup on the Pizzeria portal instead of coming and ordering.
