Hooters - Valdosta

I experienced the worst service ever, from hooters. my waitress Cassie, took our order and once she drop the drinks off she never returned to check on us, we ran out of water and lemonade also she failed to put in our side order, when I asked for a manager I was told by someone that didn't even introduce themselves as a manager just said Cassie was new, she was seemed fraternizing with other customers, actually sitting at the table with them, I emailed a general manager Mr Cordarius North on the day of my visit August 7, 2023 and have yet to hear back from him. I was told that Cassie was not a new employee and the pretend manager was her friend, so I guess this particular Hooters is condoning this behavior, well they lost a loyal customer and unfortunately for them I will never return but everyone I encounter will know just how terrible a waitress Cassie is and her behavior is acceptable by her bosses.

I enjoy my visit to hooters all the girls where nice. My beer was cold. My food was hot and very tasty. Our sever was nice. My father in law really enjoy it also. But there is always improvement.

Initially reading the reviews I was skeptical to go to Hooters. But with big chains, it's pretty typical for them to have lower ratings. I already didn't have high expectations coming in, but to my surprise it wasn't anything like the other reviews. It appeared relatively clean, my only complaint would be the booth seats are worn so it didn't feel too good on my legs. The service was great, I believe our servers name was Allie. She was a good time. We initially just wanted to get drinks there and get our food to go but we decided to get an appetizer pretzel cheese. This was my first time coming to Hooters. I was pretty surprised at how good the pretzel was. It was crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. They gave us a good amount of cheese too. The Bloody Mary was good as well. It comes with bacon, celery, and jalapeños. We got our wings to go. We both got the naked wings but I got mine with Parmesan garlic and lemon pepper. Since we got it to go, I didn't expect it to be crispy/fresh. The wings were just okay to me, a bit dry. I think next time I'll try them at the actual restaurant. But overall my experience wasn't bad.

I rarely go to Hooters... I literally have never got up or been out and was like, Ooh, let 's go to Hooters . In my opinion it was made to cater to men (for the obvious reasons). I came in, sat at the bar and ordered the peach margarita with a sugar rum and it was good, probably more sweet than heat (as in the amount of liquor) but I also was two drinks in from another restaurant so I didn 't mind that the drink wasn 't that strong. The bartenders name was Kemberlee, the spelling was so unique that I had to put it in this review. I didn 't eat and I barely finished my drink but the atmosphere was laid back. The only downside was that it was empty in the restaurant but the servers were so loud you could hear nothing but their laughs.

Be warned! It was dirty and they were out of ice tea along with a few other options. We were told it's because they were slammed the night before... ok understandable. It took awhile to get food but when my salad came the waitress said my husband salad was given to someone else and they were making another. Ok mistakes happen. I was to have grilled chicken on my salad it tasted like sautéed chicken in butter on a dirty grill. The curly fries also tasted like old oil had cooked them. Disappointing but at least I saved some calories. What really got me was when she finally brought me silverware that was all wet and she said she had rinsed them, really but then dry them. Or were they dirty?? Not stopping here again.
