Domino's Pizza - Valdosta

I have been a fan of Domino's for 25 years and have always received great service from the team at this location for the past 10 years. However, if Domino's continues to charge a $4.50 delivery fee, I will no longer be ordering from them. I used to tip $5 to the delivery driver, but now I am being charged an extra $5 on top of that. This means I am paying $10 to have a pizza delivered just 2 miles away, which seems excessive. Domino's, if you want to keep my business for another 25 years, please consider eliminating the delivery fee and allow me to go back to tipping my delivery driver separately. You are the reason why the driver is now only receiving a $2 tip. I refuse to pay $10 for a pizza delivery, so if this policy continues, I will not be ordering from Domino's again.

The pizza is delicious, but it seems like they struggle to follow my requests. I was planning to leave a generous tip as well.

I used to love Dominos pizza but now that they have all calls transferred to China or somewhere it's impossible to get a hold of an actual person at your local Domino's so if your order has an issue it is impossible to get any updates or have it correctedbecause no one answers you, just a CSR in China that can't tell you anything about your order! VERY DISSAPOINTING. Btw my pizzanever arrived

This was my first and last time trying Domino's! I had to put the pizza in the air fryer for it to be edible. I'm not sure if it was the dough, cheese, sauce, or time limit on the pizza, but we did not enjoy it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the tracker they put on it after you order.

Order from here frequently and wanted to leave a special review for the team tonight. Tony, who prepped our order, did an outstanding job. Perfectly cheesy, buttery, HOT, and all around the best we have received from this location. As well as, Alisha, our delivery driver, very quick and smooth handoff and very nice. Thank you both specifically!
