Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Valdosta

This particular Dairy Queen is one of the worst I've been to. The customer service is terrible, orders are frequently incorrect, and the Blizzards are either not made properly or only the top half is mixed, leaving the bottom half just plain vanilla. I've given this place multiple chances, but it's always the same disappointing experience. It's the only one in town, and the kids love the outdoor patio, which is the only reason we keep returning.

The hamburger was prepared exactly as I requested. The onion rings were cooked perfectly, not overdone at all. The blizzard was thick and packed with flavor. The only downside was the wait time, but the food was definitely worth it.

Ice cream was melted! Cone had been sat in something wet in the drive through counter causing the bottom of the cone to be soggy from some other filth. But the worst part was when we brought it to the attention of the staff, THE MANAGER AND STAFFARGUED WITH US! IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. There was no flip on the blizzard because it was MELTED!!!! Worst service ever, filed acomplaint with the organization. We will NEVER BE BACK!

I ordered a chocolate blizzard, specifically asking for chocolate and not vanilla. When it arrived, it looked almost vanilla. The employee informed me that they mixed in chocolate syrup. I mentioned that the Tallahassee location serves chocolate ice cream. Additionally, this blizzard resembled soft serve ice cream rather than the traditional texture I expected. I’ve decided I won’t be buying a blizzard from this location again, although the staff was friendly.

Use to be a solid place. Now they never get orders correct and smash the food. Costumer service is still good, but messing up the ingredients to a blizzard, one that states the ingredients in the name no less, grows annoying. I don't know who's makingthe food and packaging but they are not doing a good job in my several most recent visits. I hate to 1 star someone but dangit,I want a hot chocolate orea blizzard without other random candy bars. And non smashed cheese curds if it's not to much to ask.
