Captain D's - Valdosta

I'm not sure if every Captain D's has a large family table, but I found it to be very wheelchair accessible! There's plenty of space underneath, and it's high enough for easy maneuvering. While this table might not matter to everyone, it means a lot to those who need it, like me. Great job, #CaptainDs!

The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the dedicated and attentive service provided by the staff and manager.

I had an excellent experience with the fish and chips – they were crispy and delicious! The coleslaw was fresh, and the overall environment was clean and had a pleasant scent. However, the bathrooms could use a bit of sprucing up for being newly opened in the morning. The staff was cheerful, smiling, and very engaging. Our food orders were accurate and tasty. This was my second visit this month, and I can confidently say we will be back!

I almost never have issues at this Location but this is the one time that I did ! No need to go into details Bc I’m 100% satisfied with the outcome !! Manager Sophie went above and beyond the call of duty even with a very busy inside and a drive thru wrapped around the building to accommodate and correct my order ! Every restaurant makes mistakes but thanks to this business for getting it right and displaying top notch customer service! Good customer service still does exist! Thanks!!

Food always fresh but be prepare to wait for long periods of time. A co-worker of mines waited 25mins before getting his money back due to them prepping door dash orders.
