The gasic wineries are pure tradition and the last living example of the urban system that unites the house and the winery. the wines that come out of them are made with a different method: in thick cement tubs that allow exceptional fermentation and ripening, the process of breeding is done in oak barrels, in a cave of nine meters deep. Thus, these wineries retain the traditional charm and, in these visits, allow us to know the process of making organic wines.

Is located in the urban center of Valdepeñas, in the real city, you can taste our wines in a typical 19th century Manchega house that unites winery and housing, in a 30-hectare estate, where are the cultivated vineyards.
