Completely renovated hotel. good cleaning. availability and kindness.

We stayed in this hotel at Christmas my wife and son of 7 years (2 nights 24 25 26) brand new interior and exterior hotel very refined and with style. half heated pool inside the other outside is paradise. on the floor under the pool there is also the fabulous wellness center with a bathtub and saunas. we have always appreciated the price of a shuttle ticket that takes you to the station and from there you can choose or train that leads to a bus or bus that takes you to the lake anterselva. we opted for the second as the brown christmas markets were closed. we were on the lake anterselva totally frozen, we climbed and I must say it was a nice adventure. the rooms are very nice and very clean throughout the hotel. my wife had a small problem in the room and cleaning girls were really nice and helpful. the staff of the hotel is very professional and prepared. They pampered us from the first to the last day. the breakfast buffet is super plentiful. Dinner is a star chef. we will definitely return, we spent 2 days in total relaxation. and the alpinohotel keil is ideal to detach the plug and think a little about ourselves.

Excellent. fabulous hotels, warm and welcoming wood rooms; wonderful outdoor hot pool with relaxation area and indoor pool on the 2nd floor; sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation etc. to another floor. I would have liked a new member in these areas to explain and control. Tisanery area. excellent evaluation of the kitchen: breakfast with more than plentiful choice and refined dinners. but what makes the place even more excellent is staff: at the bar and igor at the reception. cozy, affable, available, friendly. a luca encomy, son of the owner: We've seen him busy both in the reception and in the hall. alpin hotel just wonder;
