Hotel Motel Continental Co - Val-d'Or

We attended a hockey tournament and decided to stay close to the arena due to the affordability. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and made sure to accommodate some of our special requests. The room was excellent and very clean. We were pleased with the option to choose between a firm or soft pillow. The bathroom had been recently renovated and looked beautiful. The free breakfast buffet was a nice touch, with a selection of warm dishes to start the day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at a fantastic price.

This hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. The restaurant and bar are also nice. The rooms come with expected amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, TV, free WiFi, and a desk. The location of the hotel is not ideal; my room was on the ground floor facing a parking lot that was quite noisy until the casino bar closed at 3 am. The bar, despite looking a bit outdated like the rest of the hotel, had a decent selection of drinks, comfortable seating, and a friendly bartender named Valarie.

Service is fine , and the prices are reasonable. I find the food gives a feeling of home away from home .

My friends and I'm eating all two weeks. normally on Thursday because this is leber and speck tag. the leber is so tender that you can cut it with a fork. they have a great service, very polite.

The service and food are fantastic at this restaurant, with everything made in-house. The soups and desserts are especially delicious. Though the venue is small, it is very charming and well-maintained.
