Mapro Garden, Factory and Food Park

This mapro food park looks more like a factory outlet. There is a mapro factory behind the food arena. The park is very clean and well-maintained. The food quality was same as mapro garden. Pizza and French fries were good. We tried few mocktails which were well prepared and tested good. There is a store as well.This is located just 6 KM off the Pune-Bangalore Highway on the way towards Wai. Thus, compared to Mapro Garden in Panchagani, this has better rechability from Pune. On a weekend with aevrage traffic, you can reach there within 1.5 hours from Pune. There is adequate parking. Overall it is a trip well spent.

When we go to Mahabaleshwar there are two Mapro food plazas and shopping arcades.One is in Wai i.e before pachgani and another in Pachagani-Mahabaleshwar. When we found lot of crowd in Pachgani outlet, we took rest in Mapro's Wai outlet coming out from Pachgani.Here also a range of products are available.

Sorry to the lower Rating. We are regular visitor for MAPRO PANCHGANI. Last month on one fine Saturday we visited this place - MAPRO SHEDURJANE FOOD PARK - first time as we were late for lunch and thought that we can check this food park as Management / owner is same (MAPRO - Panchgini). IF you are visiting with Kids or old age parents, and if you are there in pick lunch / dinner timing please rethink !!!When we are travelling and paying more than Average, we at least ask for proper food with proper manner and within acceptable waiting time. But here all these are missing. Pros- Factory Visit - (Guided Tour for approx 30 minutes)- MAPRO products @ discounted rates (all the products undrer one roof)- One can taste most of the products, i.e. Juice, Squash, Sarbats, Live Khakhra (New product - famous Gujarati food (Light and healthy thin Roti) Cons- Pathetic service, only one cashier / booking counter - Short of cooking staff and equipment. - Only Two Sandwich machines!!! - No clarity of ordered food, totally mess up with other orders.- I could not see any system to serve order based on the waiting list / token number any rude person or with abusive language will get the food at super speed !!!. - We got the ordered food almost after 1 and Half Hour !! and that too with different combinations / toppings !!!! - Admin is not able to handle the customer / staff - Same experience with ICE cream counter, No proper response to the customer. No one is accepting order, asking internally to accept and prepare the order, saying my shift is over !!!- Its really frustrating, in front of the outsider / guest they are not giving any attention to us.

Its A Lovely Place with lot of goodies u want to gift to friends n family,lovely place to sit n eat Burger, pizza etc u get lovely strawberry cream, Strawberry icecream etc, Nice view of strawberry fields overall Lovely expeirience.
