Update: I’ve learned that today on Halloween, there is only 1 employee working, Nicole. She was VERY courteous even with a long and was very professional. 10/10 for this manager and the great store she’s running! Very happy with the service and quality of food I’ve received here. It’s our local Subway and we come here about 1-2 times a month. The staff is always attentive, dining area is always clean, and most importantly they’ve always had cookies in stock and ready to go for us. It’s conveniently located in a very nice shopping center with a grocery store (Safeway) right next door. Happy to continue going here and supporting the business. Will continue to pass on the good word. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
When someone orders a GRILLED chicken sub, do not give them ROTISSERIE chicken. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Worst Tuna sandwich at this location. Called acting Manager to complain. Completely dismissed my concerns and blamed other Subway locations that they are incorrectly making sandwiches. Basically saying other locations don’t properly give the correct amounts of ingredients . My tuna sandwich looked like a flat bread with hardly any tuna. Especially now the prices have gone up and now we have to deal with lack of ingredients . Moving my business to Jersey Mikes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
On paper and on app my order was correct but after pick up. Everything was wrong. Mixing topping on wrong sandwiches. If you order on the app make sure to check the food before you leave. This was by far the worst experience.
