I can’t remember our server’s name, all I know is she’s from Puerto Rico. She was amazing, funny and very friendly. The food was excellent as well as the service. My husband said we will be flying back soon to Vail so he can have the pancakes for breakfast,not kidding
Terrible experience from before we even showed up. We made an outdoor reservation, which I then attempted calling to move indoors. The number listed on Yelp was disconnected. Then, when I went through the front desk, I left a voicemail for the restaurant days before my reservation, and it was never answered. We had to stop by, in person, the day before our reservation to even get to talk to someone who actually didn’t know that there were heaters on the patio; there were, I could see them through the windows. We had Mother’s Day brunch at the restaurant. The food was very tasty, but the service was really bad. They were out of coffee mugs at AM and took almost minutes to get us more. We actually had to remind the waitress that we needed mugs after about minutes passed. They then forgot my sons breakfast and mine came out with an incorrect side. My son’s breakfast eggs and toast took about minutes to come out after we reminded them that they forgot about it. I’d assume that a hotel that speaks so loftily of itself and is located in the main village could handle a mother’s day brunch, but was incorrect. I’d avoid this restaurant, especially for what they charge. No attempt at customer service was made by the wait staff, other than blaming their deficiencies on it being the offseason. It was a very subpar experience overall
Food was good, service was terrible. Our server was very friendly and tried to be helpful, or so it seemed, but he was clueless. Very well could have been his first day ever as a server. I think its reasonable to expect more from a restaurant at this price point
Mother's Day brunch was really unimpressive. The food was really good but the service was awful. The mimosas arrived without orange juice, which arrived minutes later after tracking down a busboy. Our pastry basketordered as a startertook nearly an hour to get to the table. Entrees took almost minutes. The restaurant was full per Covid restrictions, so it wasn't overly busy. Neither the manager nor the server made any overture make amends for how long food took. Given the reputation of the Sebastian Hotel, I was pretty unimpressed with its restaurant
