Rasthal Gujarati Thali - Vadodara

This is an old review. I am writing it today because I found time to! I gave a treat to my large family here. Was a memorable experience. Good food, Good ambience. Must try for everyone in Baroda. <br/ <br/ I haven't visited this place since long. Maybe someday will might remember to update the review if required!

Place is good. Good food. Good ambience. Taste is awesome. Though overpriced.Their Menu contains1) two farsan2) 4 subjis out of which one is punjabi subji and one is grain3) Dal (Tikhi-Rajasthani/Mithi-Gujrati) /Kadhi4) Two sweets5) Roti/Bhakri6) Rice/Pulav/Khichdi7) Buttermilk8) Papad9) Chutneys, Salad, Pickle, Mirchis

Liked the service and the food! Good variety as well! You can also experience some live music while you visit, if you are lucky! The people working there will serve you food with love! Did not have much rush when I visited, which I liked about the place! Very economical and tasty food, if you are out for some authentic Gujarati food!

If you are in Vododora it will be a big mistake if you don't taste typical gujrati dish at Rasthal. When the owner come to know that we are not much familiar with gujrati dish (being non-gujrati he took a very special care of us. Even he stood by my elderly parents side whole dinning time and explain them how to have the dishes. I had tried and tasted gujrati thalis many times (trust me it's not a very small number but I found Rasthal is the best one taste and ambiance wise.
