Panera Bread - Vadnais Heights

Everything is good except often when I order for delivery I am missing items, for example tonight I ordered bagels, there is no cream cheese, and they didn’t put in the bread bowl for my soup. Both happened in one order. It’s frustrating to just get a refund, which is good, but what am I supposed to put on my bagels?

I was excited to eat my yummy Green Goddess cob salad but was very disappointed to find rotten salad mix in my salad (more than a few leaves). They were also very cheap with the dressing it was only about 2 teaspoons. I was very disappointed since I have Panera 2-3 times per week.

I wish I knew the name of that order taker in the drive through. They made my day! Welcoming and happy character and tone of voice! Makes all the difference.

I just wish I could pick my order from here and it’s right. Always missing something or the order is just wrong. Do better.

I enjoy the food here every time I go. The soups are delicious. I usually get soup and a sandwich.
