Debonairs Pizza - Vacoas

The service was very disappointing. I received my pizza an hour late, and it was definitely not hot when it arrived. It really spoiled my evening.

The restaurant is easily accessible via the side parking, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 5 because I had a negative experience during my visit. At one point, a staff member refused to accept my payment, claiming I hadn't informed her when placing my order. It was only when I threatened to leave without paying or finalizing my order that she suddenly figured out how to process the transaction. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I had higher expectations. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, but it was quite unappetizing. The pizza was dry, and to make matters worse, I had to wait a long time for it to be served. By the time I received it, it was no longer hot—as if it had been sitting on the counter for a good five minutes. Additionally, it wasn't even sliced when it arrived. The only positive note was that they were generous with the amount of chicken.

It is my favorite place for pizzas. I was disappointed today . I ordered a tikka chicken and to my surprise there was NOT enough chicken pieces on the pizza. I can understand that they have no mushrooms but not enough chicken pieces.

Had to wait long. When the food came it was smaller than expected or different from the other outlets. A big box for a smaller pizza. Was disappointed. Love eating at debonairs but the outlet at jumbo was a bad experience.
