The food here is consistently well-prepared and has a fresh taste. The house fried rice is light and flavorful. We've been dining here for several years and have never been disappointed. The lunch specials are quite generous for one person, starting with a bowl of soup. We've tried the hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, tomato veggie, and vegetable broth, all of which were delicious! These are followed by an entree and your choice of fried or steamed rice on the side. Some of our favorites include the sautéed three ingredients, Mongolian beef, prawns and snow peas, almond chicken, string beans with pork, and a spicy eggplant dish whose name escapes me, but it was very tasty! Lemon chicken is also a good option. Dinner portions are slightly larger and come at a higher price. The Mu Shu, chow mein, egg rolls, and pot stickers are all excellent as well. The only downside is the Coke, which tends to be overly sweet, so we usually opt for hot tea or water instead. Overall, the service is outstanding.
