I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks to Jacob, the manager. He was the only one working, yet he managed to take my multiple sandwich orders flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for better service! Food: 5/5.

I finally decided to give up on this location. My first visit was for a pickup order, and when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong food. I thought it was just a mistake and decided to give them another chance. The second time I tried to go, their power was out and they were closed—understandable since other nearby businesses were also affected. However, the third time was the breaking point. I went in the afternoon and was the first in line, but it became clear that they were too busy to take my order. I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without anyone helping me. I understand they have online orders to fulfill, but you would think that customers who are physically present should take priority. Frustrated, I left and went to Jersey's, where I was able to place my order in just 5 minutes, even though they were busy with online orders and a line of customers. Come on, Ike's, get it together!
