Fortress Lounge - Vacaville

The food is amazing!!! Very consistent too! My husband brought me to Fortress for the Valentine's special dinner they were hosting. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the options they provided and the amount of food for their pre fixed menu. (We both got to pick an appetizer, entree, dessert and wine or signature cocktail) This is the third time I have had dinner at Fortress and like I said earlier consistent excellent quality!! My favorite is the chuleta Frita (pork chop) but I decided to have the lobster tail and it was cooked to perfection. Love the colorful atmosphere and music too! If you live in Vacaville you must try and if you don't...it's worth the drive.

Great place to sit down and have a meal with the family or come at night and have drinks and dancing with the girls. Truely the best of both worlds.

The decor, attendant's attentiveness and clientele was perfect a gentleman began choking, the server ran over, other customers came to his rescue without hesitation. The food was the best, of course.

The ambiance is mesmerizing and the food equally delivers. I recommend the appetizer sampler because it’s difficult to choose one. Our entries and drinks were timely and yummy. We’ll be back and will bring friends.

Food is simply amazing...have not tasted anything that I have not liked!! I will be back to try another dish!!!
