Burger King - Vacaville

Food had so much grease you could see through the wrapper. Tasted old. At 10am the doors were locked no restroom for customers. Very bad, they must be under new ownership or management something is very wrong with this place.

The staff at this Burger King location is friendly and efficient.

Sat at the drive through for 15 minutes and no one ever took my order

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger to go from the value menu and was extremely disappointed. When I got in my car and drove away, I found out they had given me a single cheeseburger with no bacon, but had charged me for a double with bacon. It was definitely not a good value, as I paid almost 4 dollars for a burger that was made incorrectly.

I checked my bag and found that my order of a large Whopper meal and another large fry was not satisfactory. One fry was full, while the other was only half full, making it basically a small size. When I requested more ketchup, I was given only 4 packets and when I asked for additional ones, I was met with attitude. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be taking my business elsewhere.
