Pizza Hut - Uvalde

I work 12 hour shifts. I brought my family out to enjoy the best pizza in town (my opinion) and unfortunately this will be my second time (and final) to be turned away. The cashier informed me that the lobby is closed mind you it 's only 8:15 pm. My family and I absolutely love Pizza Hutt , but this will be the last time we ever come out. Uvalde, Pizza Hutt had a good run but never again.

Went in late and all of the staff but except the cooks were sitting at a table eating and did nit want to wait on us. Looks several minutes for one of them to come to the counter. Wasn't until after our order that we were informed the dining room was closed, but we could wait for 20 mins inside for the order to be ready. The breadsticks were over done and almost inedible.

Horrible service! I scheduled a pizza to be delivered at a certain time and it wasn't delivered until 30 mins after the scheduled time. I didnt want them to make me another pizza because the girl couldnt confirm it would be fresh do I had to demanded to speak with manager in which they made an excuse that she was busy. Finally some one by the name Annie got on the phone saying she was one of the managers. I asked for a full refund and she said I had to pick it up after that she hung up on me. You people need to work on your customer service skills and hire better management.
