Przekaż informację zwrotnąOne of the worst Burger King outlets I have visited. Food cold, tables filthy and crammed into an area by the arrivals exit. Rubbish everywhere and there didn’t seem to be anyone clearing up. Yes, put it down the people not tidying up but the waste bins were crammed to the top. It used to be a great BK but certainly has gone down in a matter of a year or two.
Horrible service, slow, lady and clumsy staff, avoid this place by all means. Average time says 8 minutes...múltiples that by 6 at least....
Made the mistake of visiting this filthy establishment after a flight, and in anticipation of a late arrival home we decided to eat before leaving. Food was barely warm, service was poor with what seemed like a small child continuously calling out order numbers. I appreciate the high footfall at the location, and obviously customers could keep their end of the bargain and tidy up a bit, but there's absolutely no excuse for the complete lack of any effort to clear up a bit. The place was absolutely disgustingly filthy, no cleaners around at all, heaps of rubbish, old food, and pools of sticky drink on every surface. Left most of our food and got out as soon as possible, not worth the obligatory one star.
Member of staff changed my order from normal to xl without telling me. Expected me to pay the £10 just for the burger, which was cold, and I then found what looks very like a mouse dropping in it. Refused to change it saying ‘that’s all we have’ and refused money back as no manager was available.
The place is filthy, but can’t really expect any better from Burger Kings around UK in all honesty. Our food was average at best, but what urged me to write this review was a BK employee walking around with a QR code in hand asking people to review them. We also spotted another guy falling for it and the employee went next to him to watch him write the review. Just made for an entirely uncomfortable experience.
