I attended a party for my son at the Book Hall. The hall was very dirty with dead rats and a strong odor. I contacted the manager, Mr. Alok Verma, and the cleanliness improved the next day. However, the following day the hall was in the same dirty condition. The management was inefficient and it seems like the owners are more focused on making money than maintaining the cleanliness of the hall.
