Hummus Tabbouleh - Utica

When it comes to food, I am a very big critic. This place is fantastic!!! I highly recommend it. I had the Chicken Shwarma, and it was just perfect.

Excellent food and service. Everything is homemade and authentic. The falafel and hummus are delicious and the owners make you feel like family. Try the corn salad!

Our office ordered take out today from Hummus and Tabbouleh. I ordered the Chicken Fata. The bottom is a layer of white fluffy rice, topped with pieces of chicken, slivered crispy almonds, small crunchy pieces of pita, and completely covered on top with an awesome yogurt sauce and a parsley garnish. The container I swear weighed 3 pounds full. This has to be the best dish that I have had in a long time. The food was light and fresh. Not spicy at all but had an awesome, unique flavor. I ate one third and was full, and brought the rest home to share with my granddaughter for dinner. She also loved it. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.

This place is one of my new favorites! The shawarma lamb with rice and salad is beyond delicious. Prices are good and the people are very friendly. Highly recommended :
