Dunkin' - Utica

In the afternoon, the inexperienced children working at the restaurant got my coffee order wrong. They seemed careless and possibly under the influence. I will not be returning to this place due to the lack of respect and attention these children showed. A tip for true coffee lovers: avoid buying coffee from inexperienced individuals, whether at a local café or a chain like Dunkin' Donuts. They should be trained properly before working in such establishments.

Was happy not any more. The managment there is WOW. Especially an older lady thinking she's all that and being so disrespectful.

The hot matcha tea warmed us up immediately. The barista was very pleasant.

Very nice people. I love it when I go to a place and the service and workers are pleasant. Thank you dunkin.
