Buca Di Beppo Utica

Kellner was very nice and helpful. very knowledgeable and helpful with us the selection of food and drinks.

My girlfriend and I went to Buca di Beppo in Utica for Valentine's Day with an 8 o'clock reservation. It was understandably very busy for the holiday, so we had to wait about 15-30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, but once we were seated, we enjoyed the charming Italian decor with pictures all around and small dining rooms. We ordered the chicken carbonara and chicken Parmesan for two, and ended up with plenty of leftovers to take home. The menu was great and they had a nice selection of wines - we enjoyed a bottle of Cabernet. The food and service from the wait staff were very good. We will definitely be returning. Overall, we had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at Buca di Beppo. Thank you!

Exceptional service and value. Monday 1/2 price for spaghetti and meatballs provided more than enough for at least two complete left over meals for two. Menu provides perfect comfort food meals.

The host mentioned that their most seasoned server was absent, despite having reservations there were no available tables, the server explained they were overwhelmed with double bookings, the menu lacked filled pasta options, the kitchen and bar were chaotic. The entire dining experience lasted three hours and while the food was decent, it arrived cold. The staff tried their best in the difficult situation, but a manager was nowhere to be found throughout the visit.
