Fiesta Mexicana - Utah

Interesting place, I got a bean and cheese burrito that was pretty good. Overall I think this place gets three stars.

Our first time here and we loved it! We’ll definitely return this weekend to enjoy more cuisine and their margaritas. Their homemade salsa has the right amount of kick and their food is very authentic. We enjoyed the huevos rancheros and enchiladas and cleaned our plates. Service is also solid and the staff very friendly.

Easily the best Mexican restaurant in the entire state of Utah. It's not even close! So I talked to a couple of employees and one of them was literally from my home town in SoCal and had lived about a block from my favorite Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa. I couldn't believe it. If only we had something like this in St. George. We don't.

Such a cute and vibrant place in Moab! The decor was authentic and the food was SO good! Our drinks were also great — not too sweet. The service was quick, polite, and overall very pleasant. I will definitely be back when traveling to Moab.
