Einstein Bros. Bagels - Utah

Cold coffee, no sugar in the raw, no indoor tables. Not sure what is going on.

I ordered the brunch for two and was extremely disappointed. All of the food was cold and we had to reheat as soon as we got home. The brunch for two box was supposed to come with two breakfast sandwiches, two hash browns and a blueberry muffin and chocolate chip coffee cake. What we got were two sad looking cookies instead of the muffin and cake. The employees working today didn’t even say anything or offer anything else. Always good to get a lochs and bagel breakfast. Thin on the salmon this time. It wasn't the usual excellent sandwich. I loved to go to the closer, Highland drive location, but it closed down a few years ago

This location has gone downhill over the years. This used to be my favorite spot since it was next to my office. Walking in today I have to say will be my last time. The staff weren’t rude but not friendly either. The quality of food for what I paid for was absolutely terrible. Almost turned around to have them remake it. Bagels barely toasted and, cheese wasn’t even close to being melted and the eggs weren’t done. Not sure how hard it is to make bagels or they simply don’t care. Definitely a sh … – show

This staff is miserable. All collectively rude. I had the most simple order of a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they messed that up. Then after screaming my name, I walked up to collect it and although I was standing with my arm up, the employee decided to half set it on the table then dropped it on the floor.
