Good coffee. Nice rustic decor. Great lunch - they have special meals (soups and stews) on designated days, and also sandwiches. We liked the chicken stew which was perfect for a cold drizzly day. Good place to hang out for a while.

Excellent food, great service, and delightful surroundings. We ate here after coming down from the glacier trek. I had THE BEST vegetable soup, with quality fresh ingredients, and THE BEST veggie burger made from lentils -- great flavor, served on a bun with lettuce and tomato. My husband had lentil stew, salad, and meat empanada that was so delicious that he had to order another one.

Great for hikers & tourists to put your feet up & get more shore excursion info. They also have good food & drinks. And you can stay warm... Good service, freindly folks...

I ate at the shelter because I went to take Snowboard classes to ski school. I weighed some lentils that were riquisimas and we were treated very well by all the staff. The views of the place are unbelievable and there are several options to choose from. I'd come back without hesitation.
