Donatos Pizza - U.S. Hwy N #L Greenwood

Food was great and so was the vibe. Everyone looked to be having a great time in the kitchen

I ordered pizzas (8) and 48 breadsticks paid well over $200 and never received the pizzas. Originally placed the order at 1:30 for delivery at 4:15pm and promptly went to the location to make sure they understood the address because it wouldn’t verify the address using North/South in the address. Left them detailed description of the house where it was to be delivered and they claimed that what they had on file was fine. I got a call about 10 minutes after leaving the location stating that they would be late with the delivery because it was so large. I asked how late it would be and they said the last pizza is just about out of the oven- so maybe 20 more minutes. I informed them that the delivery wasn’t supposed to be until 4:15- to which I was met with very much disrespect because they already made the pizzas and wouldn’t take a loss. I told them to go ahead and deliver the pizzas and that I would feed my guests 3 hour old pizza- lol. Fast forward an hour and they still aren’t at the house. Tried calling about 15 times, first time was on hold for over 20 minutes, then every call after would magically get disconnected. Went to the location in person AGAIN and they said they delivered them to the address and the gentleman told them that he didn’t order any pizzas- brings me back to the reason I visited the location in person IN THE FIRST PLACE- giving them a detailed description of what the house looks like!!!! I have now been informed that I have been blocked from the locations and can’t order from them again. I said “ok- I appreciate you” to which the GM said “I don’t appreciate you”. lol. Thanks for the block- I would never order here again anyway!
