A bartender instructs you to step outside the restaurant to place and pay for your order before returning to find your own seat. I paid $11 for a very bland burger that had no seasoning—no salt or pepper at all! I was expecting some flavor, but there was none to be found. You'd be better off spending your money at a local burger joint that takes pride in its food. This place really misses the mark when it comes to creating a family-friendly atmosphere. It doesn't feel welcoming at all; it’s more like an inexpensive fast-food joint that would rather not have you there. We will not be returning to any Wahlburgers location again. It’s just a typical example of big-name recognition with lackluster food and service—all hype, no substance.
I visited this restaurant again and once more found that there was no one available to assist us and no clear communication regarding what was happening. It's disappointing because the food is generally quite good. This time, I brought my brother who was visiting from Georgia, and the waitress (an older lady with white hair) seemed uninterested in doing her job. She informed us that she couldn't make shakes and that we would have to wait for the bartender to return. After waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of him, we decided to leave.
My family and I went to Wahlburgers for lunch yesterday, and I have to say, it was the worst burger I've ever experienced. It was soggy and lacked any flavor, making it a total waste of money. The place was dirty, and the drink station was sticky and unpleasant, with no available lids. The overall experience was disappointing. I won't be dining there again or ordering any food from Wahlburgers in the future. If I could, I would give it zero stars.
Came in with my boys for breakfast. Waited five minutes to be seated never saw a hostess. Asked bar tender if we should just get a seat, she said she would seat us. Waited a few more minutes she didn?t come so we left. If it takes that long to get seated I don?t want to imagine how long it takes to order and get drinks/food. Not going back.
I could not have been more disappointed with the food or service we received the morning of 10/8/22. Everything ordered was cold?Nutella Banana Waffle, biscuits and gravy, over medium eggs, pancakes, and bacon all cold. We also found multiple hairs in our meals. The waitress was missing for most of the dining experience. After placing our order, we had to fill our coffee cups twice. I had to ask two other servers for the bill and send the assigned server to the table. In doing so it took 10 minutes for our server to come out with the check and another 5 minutes to return with our bill. With a ?small employee discount? off because of the cold food. The hostess was the only bright spot; she sat us promptly and got our coffee and water upon arrival. The restaurant was not busy, seemed fully staffed, and other patrons had to go to the waitress area to fill their drinks/coffee too. Bad service all around. I would strongly urge those considering dining here to look elsewhere.
