Blenders always good. Breakfast burrito ???? tastes decent but worth more like $1 vs the $4 price.

Quick, friendly and tasty! My mom has been talking this place up for a long time and I understand why. I got 3 fancy drinks, all 3 made with non dairy milk, it came to about 18 bucks... kind of pricey for what it is, but probably half the price of Starbucks. Also, they were roughly one thousand times better than Starbucks. Employees were pleasant and upbeat!

My family and I frequent scooters regularly, we love the drinks there. The last few times we?ve gone to this location we?ve had a few issues. One of the issues being we were charged for an item we did not order/nor did we receive. When we noticed the charge, we went back to Scooters to request a refund for the item. We were advised they could not help and we would have to call corporate. This was extremely frustrating and really left us with a bad experience. I called at the start of the new week as corporate was closed on the weekend. I spoke with Denise Morgan with Loving Cup LLC, corporate for Scooters. She worked so hard to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to help us. The customer service I received from her was phenomenal. As someone who has been in customer service for 11 years, I was truly blown away by all her efforts. We are thankful to her, and it really shows how Scooters is really a top coffee shop to go to compared to their competitors. We love Scooters! ??
