Ruby Tuesday - Urbandale

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. I can't believe I had never dined here before. The salad bar was so fresh, I ordered shrimp, my husband had steak, and my son and his girlfriend had burgers - everything came out hot and delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I love the salad bar at this restaurant! Overall, the food is wonderful and the service is excellent. The restaurant and bathroom are both very clean. I will definitely be back!

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. It is worth reading this long review so that others can avoid the same experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager, Manny, who was already rude. Our waitress, Lily, was supposed to come right over to take our drink order. While waiting for Lily, we tried to get Manny's attention to ask about their alcohol selection, but he ignored us. When Lily finally arrived, we asked her about the drinks and she then took our order. She seemed disinterested and it was clear her mind was not on our table. We ordered drinks and a $15 appetizer, which arrived quickly. However, in the 20 minutes we had been there before ordering, Lily hardly checked on us and we had to flag her down for refills. Despite placing our empty cups at the edge of the table, she still didn't notice. We waited for our food for half an hour before asking about it. Lily said there were other tables' orders ahead of ours. We decided to just have our food boxed as we were ready to leave. The manager, Manny, came to our table and mentioned that the food would be out shortly. I repeated that we wanted it boxed, but his response was sarcastic. We were not impressed with the service and decided it was best to leave. It was disappointing as it was our first time at this restaurant.

Ordered wings online because that was the only way to get email special to have curb side pick up my husband got there and they do not have curbside pick up he had to go in and wait. The wings are the worst wings we have ever had.. We ordered bone in and boneless wings and they looked as bad as they tasted. We won't be ordering again.
