Pizza Ranch Urbandale

They bussed my table before my dining experience was done. Was at the buffer. When I returned, bus bin was on my seat, and part of my table was cleared. Bus attendant no where in sight like I was. Was dining alone. Poor experience! Never had this happen before. Put my plate I just got down on the table and left the restaurant sad.

Don't expect cleanliness, it's kid friendly. Video games pizza. Pretty pricey, if your in a hurry.

Probably one of the worst pizza ranches we’ve been to. We were expecting it to be like the others where they had pasta and sauce out as an option. But no. Then when I go and ask the lady at the front whether there is usually pasta out she rudely said no and walks away. I had to stand around and wait for her to get back to order some as a request. I was expecting a plate but instead received a small to go soup container full. I was asked if I wanted more than one but I had no idea what size they were, if I did I would have ordered two. In the opinion of someone who’s been to several pizza ranches, this is close to the bottom of the barrel.

Great food- love a buffet. Especially love the chicken and mashed potatoes.

We really enjoy the buffet and all the multitude of choices available. It’s always a treat and the chicken is delicious
