Arby's - Urbandale

I really enjoy Arby's fast food, and the food was just as I had expected. The French dip, curly fries, and apple turnovers were all delicious. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it was crowded and hard to find seating. The service was friendly and professional, but it seemed like they were short-staffed.

I believe the food at this restaurant is always delicious. However, the standout for me was Mary Jane, the woman working at this Urbandale location. She was incredibly professional and greeted all guests with kindness. It was heartwarming to hear her constantly expressing gratitude to the chefs in the kitchen. This level of respect and hospitality is rare to find nowadays, and I was so impressed that I contacted Arby's headquarters to commend them for their outstanding service. I give them a perfect score of 100/100.

The spicy fish sandwich was delicious, I can't wait to order it again!

Great friendly service. Reuben as good as restaurants' but half the price.
