Sushi 54 - Uppsala

We really enjoyed the sushi and Bibimbap at this restaurant.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend it. By the way, the matcha rulltårta is fantastic!

Finally a sushi restaurant in uppsala, the right rice cooked! 1) correct type of rice and 2) properly cooked. I can't remember how often sushi places in uppsala served me elongated rice, all mudy and bad tempo was ok, schrimp and spicy mayo were great, but not enough batteries on the veggies. does not like the taste of the picked charcoal on the side, one is too sweet, the other too salty. Not sure whether it is the vinegar that they have used that smells bad, or it is the flower cauliflower that went bad.

Sushi 54 does a good job of combining traditional Japanese cuisine with modern influences, without being too trendy. It's definitely worth a visit.

The sushi was large and the delivery was on time.
