It took 14 minutes to go through the drive-through to get a cup of coffee, and then when I expressed my surprise at the snackin bacon being very small (I get it several times a week, I know what it?s supposed to look like), not to mention soggy, the girlat the window gave a huge attitude, took the bag back and sneared ?imma count the strips out for you.? I ended up just drivingaway, I don?t need to deal with an attitude after sitting there for a quarter of an hour. Best part? The coffee wasn?t even madecorrectly. Heaps of sugar instead of cream. What a waste of time.
What is WRONG with this Dunkin?! Cars lined up around building at 2pm. Went in to order instead and there were about 7 employees just working the window with 5 of us in line. Nobody greeted us or apologized or said be right with you. We stood there for 20minutes and not one cashier helped us or anyone for that matter. Worst Dunkin experience of my life. The mama get should befired because she has no clue how to organize and prioritize or staff. Additionally this was TWO PM, not even breakfast time.
Omg they didn?t hear us correctly at the drive thru and we got a peppermint mocha lattes and two hot chocolates and hash browns. So when we got to the window?we got iced tea and they asked about what donuts we wanted which confused us. They also said theirespresso machine was broken and no special drinks could be made. They also ran out of peppermint but didn?t clarify this in thebeginning. An older lady who was fixing our order at the booth looked like she was the manager and gave us major attitude abouthearing our orders the first time correctly?which clearly wasn?t the case because she got it wrong from the original order andthen continued to get it wrong as she handed us different food items. We ended up getting a normal coffee with three creams andasked them to pump some mocha into it and got out of there with our burnt hash browns that tasted like charcoal.
When we went it was pouring rain. But we wanted to stop anyway. When we got in there was a young employee making out with her boyfriend in the corner of the store. The manager excused her behavior and then took our order. They were completely out of allpumpkin flavoring and gave us an attitude when we got upset. We asked for 4 orders of hashbrowns and paid for them. When we gotour bag we only had 3 orders. The lady snapped and said if you really want another bag of hashbrowns you're going to have towait until I make more. The whole time the hash browns were cooking, the manager was talking to her customers about how she hates needy customers worst customer service ever.
