Food was slow served and waiter went on vacation. Grounds were much more interesting. Service: 3 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic

Extremely poor management that under trains staff that are over worked. If you’re looking for good service you will receive better at MacDonalds. Overpriced venue with a once great reputation that is now on a steep decline to garbage. Service: 1 Location: 4

Great hotel, lovely room, lovely lounges but absolutely zero atmosphere/vibe. No one in the bar drinking at night- the dining room lacked any sort of atmosphere. Such a shame as the hotel and grounds and location are perfect. It’s only an assumption- but perhaps £20 for a g t and £7:50 for a flat white may have something to do with the empty bar/lounges. And may also explain why the slaughters inn across the road was buzzing!!! Rooms: Beautiful Food drinks: Super pricey with zero atmosphere. Weird.
