Johnny Rockets - UPPER MARLBORO

The food didn't quite match the quality I expect from a genuine Johnny Rockets experience.

This restaurant at Six Flags was decent. The prices were reasonable considering the portion sizes. I ordered a burger with fries and onion rings, which cost around $18. However, the service was lacking. The staff at the front seemed disinterested, often rolling their eyes at customers and exhibiting a pretty apathetic attitude, which was reminiscent of about 95% of the employees at Six Flags. As for the food, I would rate it a solid 5 out of 10.

This location is located in the theme park Six Flags. Customer service was excellent, but the burger was not on Johnny Rockets standard. The pommes were fresh, but I suggest this place follows franchise instructions and recipes for better tasting of food.

The man was understandably frustrated due to the coupon issue, and while he wasn't the easiest customer, the staff handled the situation poorly. Many patrons left to find another place to eat, which is likely of little concern to management, but it was disappointing for those of us who had already been waiting. Both the cashier and the manager need additional training in customer service. A 5-minute delay is understandable, but a 20-minute wait caused by mismanagement is unacceptable. This experience was shameful.

Can't say anything about the food here other than the fact that google maps recommended this place to me without even mentioning the fact that it was INSIDE the park (Update, after looking closely it did say it was in the park, but it still recommended the place when we were clearly NOT in the park, and instead paintballing next door) . The navigation to this place literally had us cut through the employee parking lot to get in, causing us to get in trouble with security. Needs to be marketed different, or the directions need to be changed so that you don't break rules.
