Silverspoon - Upper Hutt

I went in December 2021, received amazing service from beautiful employees. great food, great coffee and neat decor. I'm back.

We visited Silverspoon yesterday, with a friend from Napier. Great service and the food was divine. Our friend had the avocado and tomato on toast and was very happy with her meal, she also loved the lemon and ginger drink. My husband had the beef burger and was raving about it. I had the chicken burger and was super impressed. We were raving about the burgers all night and now I cant stop thinking of the chicken one : Thank You and I very much recommend

Went with my girlfriends for a catch-up before Christmas The food and coffee is amazing and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and attentive and professional! A really fabulous lunch out at Silverspoon, highly recommend

Coffee was good, but the service was a little underwhelming. We had to wait quite a while to order, and while we were waiting the staff person didn 't say anything, like I 'll be with you in just a moment , he just left us standing there while he made other coffees. The service aspect could do with some work.

Went to silverspoon for dinner. Was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Terrible service from both the manager and waitress. Manager looked like he didn't want to be there, was stomping round the place, pretty much throwing plates down in front of us, very erratic in his demeanor. Had to get up and approach him after an hour to ask to order only our second drink. Still never got them. Waitress didn't have a clue what was going on. She was nice enough but couldn't answer simple questions about the menu. We go here for breakfast quite often. After this we will not return until new owners come on, which will be enevitable if they continue service like this. Food was average as well for the price. This place has gone down hill big time.
